Our Citrus Yellow Stollen is born in the warm glow of a wood-fired oven.
It’s kneaded by hand by our bakery artisans — a soft dough made with butter, milk, and a hint of cognac, generously woven with orange cubes, juicy dried apricots, and golden raisins. The fruit is pre-infused with aroma so that in the finished Stollen it shines like tiny sunlit sparks.
A touch of marzipan adds a gentle almond sweetness to the dough, while slow wood-fired baking gives it a delicate caramel note and a warmth that no other oven can recreate.
After baking, the Stollen matures, becoming round, comforting, and filled with a tender citrus-apricot note.
This is more than a festive bread — it’s a golden winter flavor, crafted by hand to bring light and joy to the coldest days.
