Pursuant to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 “On Implementation of Certain Provisions of the Law of Ukraine ‘On Protection of Consumer Rights’ dated 19.03.1994, food products (beverages, food, baby food, etc.) with normal shelf life and of good quality are not subject to exchange and return.

Food products of inadequate quality (defective, spoiled) are subject to exchange and return if the seller does not comply with the terms of sale of the goods - if the product was initially defective, and not during transportation or storage in the Carriers' warehouses.

Returnable goods of inadequate quality shall be returned to the place of their physical purchase 10A Naddnipryanska St., Vytachiv village, Kyiv region. Business hours:

Wed-Sun: 8:00 -18:00, Mon-Wed: Day off, or upon receipt at the Manufacturer's warehouses by returning such goods to the address: Obukhivskyi district, Ukrainka, Nova Poshta branch No.1

A receipt or delivery note confirming the purchase in the Vytach online store must be attached to the goods or parcel.

Transportation costs are paid by the sender of the return shipment - the initiator of the return.

The funds paid by the customer for the returned goods of inadequate quality will be returned to the buyer within 1-3 business days from the date of receipt of the goods in the store or warehouse of the Manufacturer to the current account or card of the Customer. 

To receive a refund, please provide the Client's bank details (card number, full name of the holder OR bank account, full name of the holder, bank MFO, EDRPOU code) to the email address vytach.bakery@gmail.com and indicate “Refund for order number” in the subject line. Refunds are made in a non-cash form.
