Natural sourdough starter from our bakery, wheat and rye flour (20%), flax seeds, sea salt. Then the bread is dipped in flax, sesame, sunflower, and pumpkin seeds. And of course, a long fermentation and a wood-fired oven. A multi-grain bread suitable for breakfast and fitness menus.
Ingredients according to DSTU 7517:2014: whole wheat flour, rye flour, water, wheat sourdough, sea salt, baker's yeast (within 1-2 g per 1000 g of dough), flax, pumpkin, sesame, sunflower seeds.
