An old recipe that our ancestors used to bake:
natural sourdough starter, wheat and rye flour, thyme and sea salt. Fermentation for 18-20 hours and wood-fired oven. Crispy, thick crust, tender flesh and a flavor you won't forget.
Ingredients according to DSTU 7517:2014: whole wheat flour, water, wheat sourdough, rye flour, sea salt, baker's yeast (within 1-2 g per 1000 g of dough), thyme and Provencal herbs spice mix.
Nutritional value of 100 g of product: Proteins - 7.2 g, Fats - 1.4 g, Carbohydrates - 56.0 g. Energy value of 100 g of product: 249 kcal.
