Bread that we make for 48 hours. Deep, rich flavor of rye, malt, honey and carolandra. Dense texture. It combines 4 types of rye. This bread goes incredibly well with general's bacon, Danube herring, or just good butter. It should be cut into thin slices. Literally 4-5 mm. And store it in the refrigerator for a long time, until a special moment of enjoyment.
Ingredients according to DSTU-P 4583:2006: rye flour, wholemeal rye flour, rye malt, water, rye sourdough, sea salt, honey, coriander.
